At Michezo, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, that’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies.

Shipping Policy

We create the product after receiving your order. And since each piece is individually handcrafted, it may take anywhere from 3 to 7 working days to ship out your order.

We currently deliver within the United States only and the package could take up to 5 working days to reach you. If you want your order delivered faster, please contact us before placing the order. 

Exchange/Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Hence, we request you try on your pieces as soon as you receive your shipment.

To initiate a return, please contact us through the submission form. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns/exchanges of custom jewelry.
